What you'll need

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle.
  3. Season generously with Quebec Maple Smoked Salt
  4. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
